Platinum/cobalt resistance thermometer for industrial cryogenic use from 4K to 375K

The R800-6 and R800-7 are industrial Platinum/Cobalt resistance thermometers for industrial cryogenic applications.
Because the platinum alloy contains trace amounts of cobalt, the thermometer has superior cryogenic sensitivity with regard to pure platinum sensors.
- Suited for measurements from cryogenic to room temperature with 1 single sensor
- 2 types:
- R800-6: 4K (-269°C) to 375K (101°C)
- R800-7: 15K (-258°C) to 375K (101°C)
- +/- 0.5K accuracy over the whole temperature range
- low heat capacity

Explosion proof radiation thermometer IR-CD

The IR-CD series is a pressure explosion proof radiation thermometer capable of measuring temperatures even in environments where flammable gases or liquid vapors are present and there is a risk of explosion.
It is certified as Ex db ⅡB T5 Gb by the Technology Association of Industrial Safety in Japan:
- contactless temperature measurement
- 4-20mA output
- RS-485 interface
- Measurement range: 80 to 3500°C
Despite its explosion proof construction, it is compact and light-weight, and when combined with a sealing window, the measurement window becomes easier to clean.

This compact 6 channel thyristor module can be used as a maintenance free replacement for relays/contactors driving resistive loads.
Example: Albright relays are used in heat-treatment units. Over time the contacts of those relays stick together causing an unwanted rise in temperature on the workpiece. Now and then the contacts of the relays must be replaced with new ones. This replacement procedure and the possibility of an unwanted high temperature on the workpiece can be prevented by installing this compact 6 channel thyristor module.
HeatManager pre-heat and post-weld heat-treatment PWHT control & registration systems

Specially developed for pre-heat and post-weld heat-treatment (PWHT): The CasCade HeatManager.
The HeatManager combines temperature control with temperature recording. So no need for a separate temperature recorder. But if you still need or have to use a recorder: check our temperature recorders including calibration certificate and built inside rugged stainless steel housing in RAL colour to your specification.
The HeatManager can be set at a fixed pre-heat temperature for welding. After this the HeatManager can perform the post-weld heat-treatment (PWHT) by following a pre-programmed temperature profile.
