1 zone units

Single zone units are controlled by 1 power setpoint signal. They can be used for controlling 1 heating zone in a process or oven system.

Benefit of a multizone system, is that it can be controlled with units with functionality for power balancing over the 3 phases, peak-power limiting and harmonics reduction. This saves energy costs and prevents a fine of the energy company when the energy contract is exceeded.

REVEX series

Multizone units

REVO PB series

The compact multizone REVO PB combines 3 independent 1 phase power controllers, with power synchronization between 3 phases and peak power limiting in 1 unit. This keeps the power within the limits of your energy contract.  

Up to 3 units can be interconnected in a power network, resulting in a system of maximum 9 individual power channels with power balancing/optimization.

REVO RT series

Compact multizone 1, 2 or 3 channel 1 phase independent power controller with power synchronization between 3 phases and integrated PID temperature controller. It can be used as a 3 loop controller, or as a 2 loop control with 1 extra channel for measurement only.

With this unit you can make a complete multizone temperature control system.

It has been specifically developed to be used in:

REVO PC series

Multizone 4-24 channel power synchronization between 3 phases and peak power limiting unit that controls 1 phase REVO Sx and 1 phase REVO S power control units in 1, 2 or 3 phase load configuration. This keeps the power within the limits of your energy contract.  

It has been specifically developed to be used in:

  • Multizone ovens
  • Machines for plastics (extruders and hot runners)

The REVO PC is suited for resistive and long-, medium- and short wave infrared (IR).

The possibility to select the driven power unit gives full flexibility and the following load configurations are possible:

  • RPC 204-208: 4-8x 2 phase: 2 controlled phases for 3 phase star/delta load without neutral
  • RPC 304-308: 4-8x 3 phase: 3 controlled phases for 3 phase star load without neutral
  • RPC 412-424: 12-24x phase-neutral, with 1 phase control leg per channel
